2. Purpose of processing

Personal data collected via the contact form and other means will be processed to:

  • respond to enquiries submitted;
  • manage the contracting and delivery of German-as-a-foreign-language classes, preparation courses for official examinations (TELC, Goethe, EOI, Pflege), programmes for healthcare workers and corporate training;
  • send information related to the contracted or requested services;
  • if the user expressly consents, send commercial communications about new courses, offers or service news.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is:

  • the consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by completing the contact form or ticking the corresponding box;
  • the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (art. 6.1.b GDPR), where a service contract exists;
  • the legitimate interest of the owner (art. 6.1.f GDPR) for ordinary management of communications.

4. Categories of data

Only data voluntarily provided by the data subject will be processed: name, email address and message content, plus any other data included by the user.

5. Recipients

No data will be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation. The owner does not perform international data transfers.

If the site incorporates external analytics or email services in the future (Google Analytics, email marketing services, etc.), users will be informed and specific consent will be requested.

6. Retention period

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to attend to the subject's request and, if applicable, during the contractual relationship and the periods legally required to attend to possible liabilities. Once no longer needed, data will be deleted using reasonable measures for its definitive destruction.

7. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to:

  • request rectification of inaccurate data;
  • request erasure when no longer needed;
  • request restriction of processing;

  • request portability of their data;
