Walk & Talk — Outdoor coaching

A space to breathe, clear your head and move forward. As a Life Coach and psychotherapy practitioner, I offer a distinctive coaching format: leaving the consulting room and walking in nature while we talk.

Path winding through a dense forest

"You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf."

Who it's for

This format is especially suited to women living with anxiety, constant worry or a feeling of being overwhelmed. Instead of meeting in a closed room, we work in a natural setting that invites you to slow down, breathe more deeply and gain some distance from what weighs on you.

Many women arrive feeling like they "never stop", always tending to everything and everyone. In that state, clear thinking becomes hard. Simply stepping outdoors changes something important: the body begins to relax and the mind becomes more flexible. From there it's easier to observe what's happening without feeling trapped by it.

The approach

We work from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This means we don't try to eliminate anxiety at any cost — we learn to relate to it differently, so it stops running your life. Step by step, space opens up to focus on what really matters and take concrete steps in that direction.

Why nature

The natural setting isn't a side detail — it acts as constant support. It helps regulate emotions, reduces pressure and makes conversations more authentic and deeper. Often, what seemed blocked starts to move when the person also allows themselves to move, even at a calm pace.

Physical movement releases mental blocks, lowers stress and helps surface new perspectives — literally, as we walk. The path is part of the solution.

When it makes sense

This format is especially useful if you feel you need to stop, clear your thoughts and reconnect with yourself without the rigidity of a traditional consulting room. It isn't about physical effort — it's about creating a space where you can listen to yourself more calmly and start moving forward more consciously.

If you've felt this way for a while, you don't have to do it alone. Outdoor coaching can be a simple but very meaningful first step.
